Third-party notices

The bundled Windows x64 CWCameraWorker is a frozen Python application. Its runtime includes Python 3.12.13 and open-source packages including NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, librosa, python-soundfile, joblib, PyInstaller, and their transitive dependencies.

License and metadata files retained by the frozen distribution are stored beside the corresponding components under Tools~/CWCameraWorker/_internal. This package does not remove or replace those notices.

This file is an inventory note, not a substitute for a consolidated legal review. Before distributing the worker beyond authorized Streamingle or mingle Studio workstations, review the exact worker build and its retained license texts.
