Fix: guard editor-only gaze evaluation call for player builds
ScheduleEditorFinalEvaluation is defined under UNITY_EDITOR but was called unguarded in ProcessFrame, breaking player builds with CS0103. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
