<li><strong>销毁程序：</strong>超过保留期限的个人信息由自动删除系统及时销毁。</li>

<li><strong>销毁方法：</strong>电子文件形式的信息以无法恢复和再生的方式完全删除。</li>

||
<p>公司原则上不向第三方提供用户的个人信息。但为处理咨询，个人信息按以下方式转移至境外（依据《个人信息保护法》第28条之8）：</p>

<li><strong>转移目的：</strong>通过协作工具（Discord）进行快速咨询确认及回复</li>

<li><strong>保留及使用期限：</strong>传输后保管7天后自动销毁</li>

||
<p>用户作为个人信息主体，可以行使以下权利：</p>

<li>要求查阅个人信息</li>

<li>要求停止处理</li>
